01.How do I know if my brakes need to be replaced?
You should replace your brakes if you notice squeaking or grinding noises, longer stopping distances, vibration when pressing the pedal, or if your brake warning light comes on. Regular inspection by a mechanic is the safest way to know when it’s time for replacement.
02.How do I know which gym class is right for me?
It depends on your fitness goals. If you want to build strength, go for strength training. For flexibility and core, try yoga or pilates. If fat loss or stamina is your goal, cardio or HIIT classes are best. Our trainers can guide you to the class that matches your needs.
03.Do I need to bring any equipment to a gym class?
No, most gym classes provide all the equipment you need. Just bring comfortable workout clothes, proper shoes, a water bottle, and a towel.
04.Can I join a gym any type of class if I'm a beginner?
